THE "POOR" METALSPost-transition metals, also known as Poor Metals, are the group of elements that are on the left of the metalloids and on the right of the transition metals. They include group 13 and other elements in groups 14, 15, 16, and 12. All the elements in the Poor Metals are solid in room temperature, and are conductive, ductile, and malleable. These Poor Metals have 2,3,4,5, and 6 valence electrons. Indium, with 3 valence electrons, is just one of the Poor Metals.
